Class Descriptions:

Simply Strong: Designed to increase muscle mass, improve bone density, sharpen balance and maximize strength for daily activities. Requires a variety of hand weights (heavy enough to challenge you) and bands. Safe for those with osteoporosis.

Tuesdays at 9:30am EST

Pilates Long and Strong: Work on length, strength and balance as you flow through a series of exercises designed to move your body in all planes. Expect to “feel the burn”, enjoy the stretch, have fun and leave class energized for the day ahead! Some small props used

Thursdays at 9:30am EST

All classes are taught in Zoom and recorded for your use until the next class session.

My commitment to you…

I promise to provide you with a workout that is...

  1. Safe: Preventing injury is always my foremost concern.
  2. Effective: Clearly identifying your goals is critical to designing an effective exercise program. Want to run faster? Want to swing a club or a racquet pain free? Want to dance at your granddaughter’s wedding? All of these play into creating a program that works for you.
  3. Efficient: Who’s got time to waste? Not us.
  4. Convenient: Consistency is key to building habits that lead to meaningful change. An inconvenient workout is an excuse waiting to happen.
  5. Fun: We are talking about doing something that can change your life! Something that you’ll want and need to do forever! Shouldn’t it be fun??
